I am going to start off this particular debate myself, because it strikes very close to home: I am gay, and one day, I would like to get married to the man of my choice, and I don't want to have to jump through hoop to do so.
Facts: There are 14 separate Supreme Court cases that have declared marriage a Fundamental Right, and therefor, it is protected under the 14th Amendment. Laws such as Prop. 8 and DOMA outright Violate that Amendment of the Constitution, and must be struck down to protect the nation.
