Can't transfer files to pc

Hi,

After the update, I can not longer connect my cell phone to my computer for data transfer. I am using the original cable and it is only charging my phone and there is not an option for data transfer. I tried debug mode etc nothing worked. I have to backup my phone urgentlly, can someone you help?

Any idea?
