This is beyond disgusting. Forcing women to pay more for insurance that they should hopefully Never need, but when they do, it likely isn't expected. Who can expect people to expect the unexpected, especially when the unexpected is so horrible.
Whats worse is the so called "cost" to the people is Negligible overall and this is just political pandering by those who simply dislike Abortion.
If I were the governor, I would push for the supporters for these bills to be impeached. This law is nothing more than a waste of funds, and ultimately will end with a huge court battle that was decided back in Roe v. Wade.
